Cassie grew up in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. During her studies, she spent a year abroad in London through CAPA Education Abroad, an experience that deepened her love for travel and exploration. An avid runner and reader, Cassie also enjoys playing field hockey and spending quality time with family and friends. A highlight of her academic career was being selected as the commencement speaker at her college graduation.
