After 20 years handling injury claims for a large Massachusetts based insurance company, Missy, as she is affectionately known, joined the team because “I felt it would be a comfortable fit for me to manage personal injury claims on behalf of client’s rather than from the insurance side. I wanted to work for a smaller office on behalf of the customers.”  Priding herself on her focus, organizational skills and ability to get results, Melissa spends her days making sure the insurance companies are living up to their obligations.

Outside of work, Melissa and her husband are often found listening to live music, preferably Lucas Graham, vacationing on the beach or tending to her garden.  Her family keeps her busy and is her greatest joy.  Aside from that, if you bring her a flavored lemonade from Wendy’s, she’ll be your friend for life.
