Jacob Massas is a Massachusetts native who attended Worcester State University as a Criminal Justice major. While going to school, he worked at Lowe’s Companies, Inc where he rapidly moved through operations, sales and merchandising … Customer Service Associate to Senior Asset Protection Manager during his tenure. He is grateful for that experience for many reasons, not the least of which was it provided stability post graduation in 2020 when it was challenging to find a position as a new grad coming out into an unprecedented job market.

Jacob is happy to apply his customer and quality experience to helping Jason Stone Injury Lawyers’ clients navigate the tricky landscape of personal injury and insurance companies. He’s excited to learn about law and enjoys the JSIL work environment.

When Jacob isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Bailey (his high school sweetheart!) and their cat, Norma Jean, and dog, Gracie. He also loves exploring new restaurants, golfing, working out, traveling, playing video games, and watching movies and TV shows. A highly competitive individual, he is also an avid sports fan, especially Boston teams. He is a self-proclaimed Boston Celtics fanatic.
