Carleigh Baldwin is a dedicated trial attorney with more than a decade of experience advocating for clients in litigation. Originally from upstate New York, Carleigh has built her legal career in Massachusetts, where she brings extensive courtroom experience, a strong understanding of the litigation process and a commitment to helping injured individuals pursue the compensation they deserve.
Carleigh earned her undergraduate degree from Assumption College in Worcester, MA, in 2011 and received her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston in 2014. Since beginning her legal career, she has focused on litigation and developed substantial experience handling cases from initial evaluation through trial. She approaches each case with careful preparation, personal attention and a determination to protect her clients’ interests both inside and outside of the courtroom.
For Carleigh, effective advocacy begins with understanding not only the legal issues involved, but also the impact an injury can have on a person and their family. She is committed to providing her clients with knowledgeable, compassionate representation while pursuing the best recovery possible. An injury can affect far more than a person’s physical health; it can disrupt a family’s life, affect a person’s ability to work, and create significant emotional and financial uncertainty. Carleigh believes injured individuals deserve an advocate who will listen to their concerns, understand the full impact of what they have experienced, and fight for them.
