Melanie is originally from Boise, Idaho and has lived in Boston for 5 years. She has a varied educational background with a BA in Art History as well as two post-graduate certifications: one in Museum Studies from the Harvard Extension School, and the other in Paralegal Studies from Boston University.
After two years of working as a case manager, Melanie made the career change to Operations in May 2024 and has loved working behind the scenes. She enjoys her many responsibilities ensuring that the firm runs smoothly and effectively, and she brings her dedication to problem-solving to her work.
Melanie can be found birdwatching on the weekends in Boston’s many parks and green areas. When she’s not braving the great outdoors, Melanie loves reading novels of all kinds—horror is her favorite—and watching classic movies.
