Neil Marion

Neil received his Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University in 2012 and his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark in 2015. During his time at Rutgers School of Law, Neil interned for two separate Judges in the Superior Court of New Jersey and served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Rutgers Law Record.

Following law school, Neil went on to practice law in New Jersey State and Federal District courts and is also licensed to practice law in New York State courts. Since 2018, Neil has exclusively represented injured persons, unrelentingly fighting for the support and compensation they deserve. During his years of practice, Neil has gained extensive knowledge of both the pre-litigation and litigation process, and knows how to prevail on behalf of his clients.

In his free time, Neil enjoys spending time with his wife, snowboarding in the winter and going to the beach in the summer.
