Courtney Demont started her career as a paralegal for a personal injury law firm. For a brief time, she worked for an insurance defense firm before joining Jason Stone Injury Lawyers in 2011.
Her duties include coordinating treatment for clients, gathering medical documentation, updating clients’ insurance companies, coordinating billing and liens, and providing excellent customer service. Courtney enjoys being a case manager because she gets to take the stress off injured victims and help them get money for their medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering.
Raised in Woburn, Massachusetts, Courtney graduated from Pinkerton Academy in New Hampshire in 2005. She then attended Salem State University, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she interned in the treasury department at MassHousing. She received her paralegal certificate from Bunker Hill Community College in 2010.
When she’s not in the office, Courtney enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including her beautiful daughter, Layla.
