According to a UK Telegraph article written by Rhiannon Williams, the latest update for the Google Maps iOS app will include a number of new features. Indoor directions, high definition resolution, and a new “Explore” function are among such features, but the most notable one might be its road accident report system.
Using GPS systems and real-time traffic updates, the app will allow users to view traffic conditions and locations of auto collisions. Users will then be able to reroute their trip in order to avoid the traffic caused by the collision, maximizing the efficiency of their travel.
The Massachusetts Personal Injury Lawyers with Jason Stone Injury Lawyers encourages all Google Maps 2.0 users to be cautious while using the GPS app, and to always obey traffic laws.
