1. Eligibility: The Jason Stone Injury Lawyers First Responders Night Ticket Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of the U.S., who, at the time of entry, are (a) eighteen (18) years of age or older; (b) residents of Massachusetts; and (c) working as first responders (which, for the purposes of this Sweepstakes, includes current and retired law enforcement officers from federal, state, and local agencies; current and retired firefighters; and current and retired paramedics and EMTs). Winners must email proof of first responder employment to Sponsor. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the following entities are not eligible to enter to win: (a) Jason Stone Injury Lawyers, P.C. (“Sponsor”), (b) Banner Seventeen, LLC, doing business as the Boston Celtics (“Celtics”), (c) the National Basketball Association (“NBA”) and its Member Teams, (d) NBA Properties, Inc., and each of the foregoing entity’s respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, the “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related. Void outside Massachusetts and where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply. One entry per person per household. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant represents and warrants that entrant meets the above eligibility requirements and agrees to abide by these official rules (“Official Rules”).

2. Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes will begin at 11:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Thursday, December 11, 2025, and will end at 11:00:00 AM ET on Thursday, January 15, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). A total of two (2) winners of the prize described below (collectively, the “Winners” and each, a “Winner”) will be selected via a random drawing on Thursday, January 15, 2026, by the Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

3. How to Enter the Sweepstakes: Online: Visit https://www.stoneinjurylawyers.com/first-responders-night-ticket-sweepstakes/ (“Registration Website”) and follow the instructions provided to complete and submit the entry form (“Entry Form”) to receive one (1) entry for a chance to win; each Winner will receive two (2) tickets for the Winner and one (1) guest to attend the Boston Celtics vs. Portland game (the “Prize”) scheduled to be played at TD Garden at 8:00:00 PM ET on Monday, January 26, 2026, with the specific seat locations to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $500.00. Once the Entry Form is successfully completed and submitted, the entrant will automatically be entered for a chance to win the Prize.

Entry Forms must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Released Parties are not responsible for (a) the actions of entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes, including any entrant’s attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, and (b) incomplete, late, garbled, lost, illegible, delayed, misdirected, or stolen entries, purchases, or text messages, failures or malfunctions of phones (including wireless phones/handsets), phone lines, cellular equipment towers, telephone systems, lost entries, text messages, or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures, garbled, misrouted, scrambled transmissions, printing, typographical, or other errors in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes -related advertisements, or other materials, or other errors or problems of any kind whether computer, network, cellular, human, electronic, or otherwise relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, any errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or text messages. The use of automated or similar devices, including but not limited to entries submitted using any bot, macro, script, or Sweepstakes service (or any other devices intended to automate any aspect of entry) to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited and any entries made through such means are void. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s wireless phone/handset/computer/device related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Entrants will be given the option to receive commercial emails from Jason Stone Injury Lawyers; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant’s consent to receive such emails and consenting to receive such e-mails does not impact entrant’s receiving the Prize. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone and/or e-mail for purposes of awarding prizing.

4. Entrants: Registration Form: In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entrant will be deemed as follows: Entrant will be deemed the person named on the applicable Entry Form. Proof (to Sponsor’s satisfaction) of being the primary account holder may be required by Sponsor. The Released Parties are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrants’ email accounts to receive e-mail messages. The Released Parties are not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information.

5. Notification of Winners: The potential Winners will be randomly drawn on Thursday, January 15, 2026, and notified on Friday, January 16, 2026. Each potential Winner will be notified by a direct message from the Sponsor to potential Winner’s email address and must then respond confirming the notification within twenty-four (24) hours. It is the sole responsibility of each Entrant to notify the Sponsor if their contact information changes. The Winners are subject to verification of eligibility and fulfillment of all requirements pursuant to these Official Rules. The Winners agree to comply with such terms and conditions. Unused/unclaimed Prizes cannot be refunded or exchanged. Other than the details of the Prize outlined above, Released Parties have no additional obligations or commitments to the entrant in connection with this Sweepstakes. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Additional Prize Terms: The Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with any prize they receive and may be responsible for pre-paying taxes prior to receiving the prize. Attendance at any Celtics home game is subject to the general ticket rules and regulations established from time to time by Delaware North Companies, Inc. – Boston (“DNC-B”), the owner of TD Garden and by the Celtics (the “Ticket Rules”), including any health and safety protocols applicable to such activities (e.g., requirements relating to COVID-19 vaccination status or use of face coverings), as determined by DNC-B and the Celtics in their sole discretion. In the event of a violation of the Ticket Rules, DNC-B and/or the Celtics shall have the right to eject the violators from TD Garden. If the winners or winners’ guests are ejected from TD Garden, they shall not have any rights to other prizes or compensation.

7. Liabilities: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Sponsor and the Released Parties from and against any liability, damages, or causes of actions (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of: (a) the entrants’ participation in the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation and/or invasion of privacy; (b) travel to or from any Sweepstakes -related activity; and (c) the delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of, misuse of, or inability to use any prize (including any type or manner of costs or damages), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or any other theory. By accepting a prize, the Winners agree that the Sponsor and the Released Parties will have no liability and will be held harmless by such Winners for any liability, loss, injury, or damage to property or to person, including death, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, participation in, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the Sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of the Sponsor or the Released Parties.

8. Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize(s) with one of comparable or greater value (except as otherwise provided above), at its sole discretion. Entrant will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release and any other documents required by Sponsor within five (5) days of date of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing, with these Official Rules, or return of tickets notification as non-deliverable may result in the tickets being withheld. Entrants agree, by entering, that (a) Released Parties and their designees may use (unless prohibited by law), entrant’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, any recording (voice, film, or video), and/or likeness for advertising, trade, and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission, or notification; (b) Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check and entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s permission for Sponsor to conduct such background check, provided that, to the extent additional authorization is necessary under law, entrants shall authorize such check. Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant based on the results of the background check or failure of the entrant to properly authorize such check; and (c) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize and any travel or travel-related activity thereto or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) for any reason, including should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select the winners from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the event that required such termination. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; the Sponsor reserves the right to seek any and all remedies available from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (b) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (c) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

10. Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant, Sponsor and the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.

11. Privacy: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, provide prizes to eligible entrants, and will be treated in accordance with the privacy policy accessible at https://www.stoneinjurylawyers.com/disclaimer.
