Full Charge Bookkeeper

Position Summary

The Accounting Manager is responsible for all facets of the financial operations of the firm including bookkeeping, accounting, AR, AP, reporting & analysis, reconciliations, etc.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the firm’s QuickBooks accounts to ensure accuracy and adherence to best practices
  • Record the firm’s financial transactions
  • Reconcile the firm’s accounts
  • Manage and submit payroll to the outside payroll company
  • Pay client-related and general firm expenses
  • Issue and disburse client resolution proceeds
  • Prepare reports and materials for our outside accountants
  • Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

  • You have a bachelor’s degree.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • You have expertise in Quickbooks Online
  • You excel in analyzing financial data and suggesting actions
  • You are comfortable problem solving, paying attention to detail, and following procedures.
  • You’re comfortable with change and rapidly shifting priorities
  • You expect to handle multiple assignments and work independently.
